Weight Loss Many people go on a diet because they are overweight. In order to look good, they rack their brains on how to lose weight. They take special drugs or starve themselves, but these ways do harm to their bodies. Therefore, people should be advised by a doctor to achieve weight loss. But there are some steps a person can take to lose weight. First, refrain from eating high-calorie foods, such as chocolate, cake, hamburgers and so on. Second, join a health club and exercise regularly to tone up your body. After exercising don't eat too much. Finally, remember that being underweight is as bad as being overweight.
A Man's Worth Cannot Be Measured by His Looks A few days ago, I saw one of my classmates cheating on the accounting exam. I was so surprised that she did such a thing. It made me feel sad and confused. Why did she cheat? Maybe she just wanted to get higher grades and didn't want to lose face. But at any rate, cheating is a vile action. I told one of my friends about our classmate's cheating, and she found it hard to believe. Even though the girl has a good temperament, our impression of her has changed. He tried to sit up, but for some reason, this was impossible. It felt as though there was someone lying on top of his body, even though Joe could see that no one was there. He tried to yell for help, but found that he couldn't. The weight was pressing down on his face and his tongue. Joe was scared. He had heard lots of ghost stories before, but he had never believed them. Now, all he could do was pray that no harm would come to him. Ten minutes passed, and then fifteen. The Happy Shoemaker（快樂的鞋匠）
(1) Once there lived a rich merchant and a poor shoemaker in the same house. The merchant occupied in the same house. The merchant occupied the second floor, but the shoemaker lived and worked in a small room on the first floor. The shoemaker was one of the happiest persons on earth. He worked from morning till night, singing merrily. His heart was filled with joy, whenever he looked at the boots and shoes to be repaired. Now the merchant upstairs was so rich that he hardly knew how much wealth he had. He was always counting over his gold and silver coins far into the night. Even in bed his uneasiness about his riches kept him awake when at last he had been asleep for an hour or two, up came the song of the happy shoemaker, who was an early riser. It continued all day and was a trouble to the merchant day by day the merchant grew more and more tired through want of sleep he asked a wise friend of his how he could put an end to the shoemaker's song. “Well, if I were you, I would give the shoemaker a hundred pounds,” answered his friend. “You are rich enough to do that, I suppose. Ask for nothing in return. Simply give the money. ”The merchant readily followed the advice.
2 白蛇傳
There is a very famous traditional Chinese story that has a close connection to the Dragon Boat Festival. Once upon a time on E-Mei mountain there lived two snake spirits, White Snake and Green Snake. These snakes, being magical, turned themselves into beautiful maidens and set off on a journey to the West Lake of Hang Zhou. When they arrived at West Lake they met a man named Xu Xian. White Snake quickly fell in love with Xu Xian and they were soon married. A Buddhist monk, named Fa Hai, warned Xu Xian of his wife's deceptive appearance and suggested to him a plan. On the day of the Dragon Boat Festival White Snake wished to stay home so as to avoid the Ay Tsao, used for protection from spirits, hanging on the doors of people's houses. Her husband prepared, according to Fa Hai's instruction, some realgar wine, as this was a tradition during the Dragon boat festival. White Snake, thinking her magic would protect her from the effects of the realgar wine accepted a cup. After she drank the wine she became very ill and was barely able to get to her bed. When her husband came to her side, he found not his wife but a huge white snake. So great was Xu Xian's shock that he fell to the floor dead. After recovering from the realgar wine and regaining her human form, White Snake was grief-stricken to find her husband dead. She set off on a journey to obtain a potent medicinal herb, which could revive her husband. After returning and reviving her husband with the medicine, she explained to Xu Xian that the white snake he saw was actually a dragon and that this vision was indeed a very good omen. Because of the traveled of graduation, I have been to I-Lane once before I just feel that I-Lane is very fun, the food there testes very nice. Lane has got a lot of beautiful scenery. Every year also has I-Lane Kids Festival. Although, it starts to close down this year. Then there are also a lot of specialty goods. And also hope if everyone has time can go there have a look, and having fun during the summer holiday. Date: 7 Apr 2009 A Trip in Spring A few years back, I took a trip with my friends. The season of the year was ring. It was a camping trip. We had planed and prepared for this trip for a long time. On the day of our trip, with our knapsacks behind our backs, we went to our camping site in the ountains. We learned a lot on that trip we made. For example, I learned how to build a fire, set up a tent and cook for myself. I don’t think that I or my other three friends will ever forget his trip.

Therefore, Pupu continued flying without his helmet. Suddenly, it was coming a telecontrolled aircraft again. It bumped into Pupu. The poor Pupu fell to the ground. It died ! There are two main seasons why I can choose the house. The first season is economical. I am not a rich man, so I can’t pay too much money. If I can buy the house in installment, I can think over to buy it. The second season is traffic. Now, everyone can work everyday. If it is inconvenient, I am inconvenient either. So, I can’t choose there.
2.Go out
There are two main seasons why I go out to walk. The first season is the weather. If it is too hot and cold, I don’t want to go out. A story
The old painter knows oneself and does not grow in day of a life time. But win to without a masterpiece from cradle to the grave, how can be pleased to leave?
The painter of the young girl is besetting by both poverty and sickness under the will of losing the existence. She says the wall to drop down that day up the last long spring rattan maple leaf, would being the day that she meets the Azalea.
The old painter knows this matter, know he leaves the whole life masterpiece of the chance went to, a night, the rains and winds hand over to add, everyone thinks, certainly canning not seeing the long spring rattan last leaf tomorrow. But get up in the morning, that maple leaf also did not move 1:00.The young girl says:"I What a bad child! The great universe is telling I how should live under go to, but I resolve to the dead!"She gets up the foppery the oneself, soon, the disease also recovered from illness.

Pandora's box
Many years ago all the word was very beautiful and nobody was ever sick or unhappy. At that time there lived a beautiful little girl named Pandora. One day gave her a wonderful box tied with a golden cord and made her promise not to open it. Pandora and her little playmate, Epimetheus, often looked at the box and wondered what was in it. For a long time Pandora kept her promise to the fairy, but at last she wanted to peep into the box. She untied the cord and lifted the cover only a little. Out flew hundreds of bad little fairies. They stung Pandora and she fell on the floor and screamed. They stung Epimetheus, too. Then they flew out of doors and stung all the children in the land. Weight Loss
Many people go on a diet because they are overweight. In order to look good, they rack their brains on how to lose weight. They take special drugs or starve themselves, but these ways do harm to their bodies. Therefore, people should be advised by a doctor to achieve weight loss.
But there are some steps a person can take to lose weight. First, refrain from eating high-calorie foods, such as chocolate, cake, hamburgers and so on. Second, join a health club and exercise regularly to tone up your body. After exercising don't eat too much. Finally, remember that being underweight is as bad as being overweight.
A Man's Worth Cannot Be Measured by His Looks
A few days ago, I saw one of my classmates cheating on the accounting exam. I was so surprised that she did such a thing. It made me feel sad and confused. Why did she cheat? Maybe she just wanted to get higher grades and didn't want to lose face. But at any rate, cheating is a vile action.
I told one of my friends about our classmate's cheating, and she found it hard to believe. Even though the girl has a good temperament, our impression of her has changed.
Now, I no longer trust people based on their looks. Maybe someone looks honest, but he or she has bad intentions. Can we tell by looks alone? So, I've lost faith in society.
Computers, the Internet and Life
The computer is the most important thing invented in the last one hundred years. Many people were afraid of computers at first, but now they feel it's easy to use them. Computers are very interesting and useful. You can play games, write stories, even send e-mail. You can know many people and things from on the computer and Internet. You can go shopping, read about news, movies or books. You can do almost anything on the computer. I believe that computers will become one of the most important things in our lives w+zithin the next ten years.

A Scary Night
Joe was lying awake one night in his bed. He was thinking about how soon he would be able to leave the army. When all of these things were in Joe's mind, suddenly, he felt someone standing near him. He tried to sit up, but for some reason, this was impossible. It felt as though there was someone lying on top of his body, even though Joe could see that no one was there. He tried to yell for help, but found that he couldn't. The weight was pressing down on his face and his tongue. Joe was scared. He had heard lots of ghost stories before, but he had never believed them. Now, all he could do was pray that no harm would come to him. Ten minutes passed, and then fifteen. Finally, almost twenty minutes later, Joe felt the weight lift off his body. He jumped from his bed and ran outside the house, confused but grateful to be alive.

Different Kind Of Movies

An old woman had an eye problem. She asked an eye doctor to come to her house and check her eyes every Saturday afternoon. The doctor put something in the woman's eyes and she couldn't see anything. My dream
My dream is to be a musician and compose music that will touch people. I have a special favorite for music which is different from other. I've been learning to play violin and piano since I was a child. I joined the chorus after wards . I also learned to play drums when in first grade Junior high. Now I'm learning to play guitar . The Happy Shoemaker（快樂的鞋匠）

Once there lived a rich merchant and a poor shoemaker in the same house. The merchant occupied in the same house. The merchant occupied the second floor, but the shoemaker lived and worked in a small room on the first floor. The shoemaker was one of the happiest persons on earth. He worked from morning till night, singing merrily. His heart was filled with joy, whenever he looked at the boots and shoes to be repaired. Now the merchant upstairs was so rich that he hardly knew how much wealth he had. He was always counting over his gold and silver coins far into the night. Even in bed his uneasiness about his riches kept him awake when at last he had been asleep for an hour or two, up came the song of the happy shoemaker, who was an early riser. It continued all day and was a trouble to the merchant day by day the merchant grew more and more tired through want of sleep he asked a wise friend of his how he could put an end to the shoemaker's song. “Well, if I were you, I would give the shoemaker a hundred pounds,” answered his friend. “You are rich enough to do that, I suppose. Ask for nothing in return. Simply give the money. ”The merchant readily followed the advice.
2 白蛇傳
There is a very famous traditional Chinese story that has a close connection to the Dragon Boat Festival. Once upon a time on E-Mei mountain there lived two snake spirits, White Snake and Green Snake. These snakes, being magical, turned themselves into beautiful maidens and set off on a journey to the West Lake of Hang Zhou. When they arrived at West Lake they met a man named Xu Xian. White Snake quickly fell in love with Xu Xian and they were soon married. A Buddhist monk, named Fa Hai, warned Xu Xian of his wife's deceptive appearance and suggested to him a plan. On the day of the Dragon Boat Festival White Snake wished to stay home so as to avoid the Ay Tsao, used for protection from spirits, hanging on the doors of people's houses. Her husband prepared, according to Fa Hai's instruction, some realgar wine, as this was a tradition during the Dragon boat festival. White Snake, thinking her magic would protect her from the effects of the realgar wine accepted a cup. After she drank the wine she became very ill and was barely able to get to her bed. When her husband came to her side, he found not his wife but a huge white snake. So great was Xu Xian's shock that he fell to the floor dead. After recovering from the realgar wine and regaining her human form, White Snake was grief-stricken to find her husband dead. She set off on a journey to obtain a potent medicinal herb, which could revive her husband. After returning and reviving her husband with the medicine, she explained to Xu Xian that the white snake he saw was actually a dragon and that this vision was indeed a very good omen. Xu Xain's fears were put to rest for the moment by his wife's fanciful story…

Today, I am going to introduce a place called I-Lane. Because of the traveled of graduation, I have been to I-Lane once before I just feel that I-Lane is very fun, the food there testes very nice. Lane has got a lot of beautiful scenery. Every year also has I-Lane Kids Festival. Although, it starts to close down this year. Then there are also a lot of specialty goods. Like Anomodontaceae cookie, Ma Shu, Yang soup… etc. Hope there’s another chance to go there again. Go there and taste their famous products carefully again. A Trip in Spring
A few years back, I took a trip with my friends. The season of the year was ring. It was a camping trip. We had planed and prepared for this trip for a long time. On the day of our trip, with our knapsacks behind our backs, we went to our camping site in the ountains. We learned a lot on that trip we made. I’m good at Geographical because it is very important for me, and I like it a lot. I‘ve lived in Shen Zhen for ten years. I just came back for 6 mouths. I’m happy for I come back Taiwan!

Once a dog was taking a nap in the manger of an ox. It was full of hay. But soon the ox came back from his work to the manger. He wanted to eat his own hay. Then the dog awoke, stood up and barked at the ox. The ox said to the dog, “Do you want to eat this hay, too?”
“Of course not,” said the dog.
“Then, go away and let me eat my own hay.”
“Oh, no. You go away and let me sleep.”
“What a selfish dog! He will neither eat the hay himself, nor let me eat it !” said the ox to himself.

Once upon a time, there was a miller(磨坊主人) who had three sons. He was quite poor, owning little but a mill, a donkey, and a cat. When the miller passed away, these possessions were divided among the three sons. The oldest son inherited the mill, the middle son the donkey, and the youngest son was left with the cat.

There are three problems in my class. They will make my class be bad. First, there are many students talk in class, it will make the classroom very noisy. Second, some students make up in class, it will make teacher be angry. Third, some students don’t listen to the teacher, it can make the teacher be angry, too. These problems must make my class less, we must get out of them.

Is the Internet “good” or “bad” for kids? Also, many students use Internet to surf the Net. But, some use it with their homework, and some use it to play online games. Use the Net with homework is good for us, because it can make our better and help we get good marks. But, use the Net to play computer games, we will be less and sometimes it will make our sick. So, the Net can be good for us although can be bad for us.
There are three main reasons why I have decided to attend TYK school. First of all, there is the question of money: Because it is cheaper than private school. This is very important , since my father doesn’t give our money. The second reason is the buildings are beautiful in TYK school. The third reason is the fine education. That are why I’ve choosed TYK school.
I love my mom very much. She is a good mother. She takes care of me very careful. When I was sick, she stay with me, and take good care of me. When I got good points, she always gives me reward. Also, she will be angry to me when I got bad marks, but I know, she just want to make me better. Mother’s Day is coming. I wish my mother will be more and more healthy, and happy forever.
Drug is not good for us. Drugs consist of toxic chemicals which are bad for your health. One can get addicted to drug. Drugs are expensive, but it’s not good for us. Drugs are dangerous, one might die when they first try doing drugs. Drug is bad.
